Accomplishments
For the past couple of years I have been partaking in the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Army Cadet Force youth organisation. There I have achieved my 2 First aid which qualifies me to be able to treat certain incidents such as asthma attacks, using a Defibrillator and treating severe bleeds. I have also achieved the rank of Corporal, due to the instructors believing that I am mature and disciplined enough to be able to guide new cadets in their journey. Furthermore, I am apart of the musical side of the Army Cadet Force known as the Corps Of Drums which I have achieved my 4 in both the side drum and bugle. Due to this I was invited by my school to be the one to perform The Last Post on Remembrance day. Additionally, I was asked by The Salvation Army Band to be the bass drummer for Remembrance Sunday in 2023 and 2024 and was praised by all the organisations their that it helped massively. Additionally I have completed the Duke of Edinburgh's award at the bronze level where I volunteered at cadets with the equipment and learned skills in music.
Volunteer Experience
Harold Odelle Country Park, Milton Keynes, 2023-07, For a week I volunteered to do grounds-work at Harold Odelle Country Park in Milton Keynes. There I helped remove brambles, Trim branches that had been fell, and assist in a nature walk with a local school. While there I was able to improve my social skills with the other people volunteering and the site warden. Each person on the site agreed I was a massive help and very mature for my age.
