Promoted from Customer Sales Assistant within 4 months, I currently serve as a Duty Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth store performance. My duties include opening and closing the store, leading a team of CSAs and maintaining high standards of customer service. I manage cash handling procedures, conduct till checks/counts, process safe handovers and ensure tills are well-stocked with whichever cash is needed each working day.

Additional responsibilities include supervising stock replenishment, managing reductions in accordance with store policies and timing, maintaining food/drinks equipment such as the Rollover hotdog and slushy machines. I am trained in CCTV operation and DISC for theft prevention and reporting. I also provide coverage in other store locations when needed, demonstrating flexibility and strong team support across the company.

As a Customer Sales, I provided exceptional service on tills, managed stock reduction tasks and supported daily store operations. I was responsible for tagging and labelling products, helping process deliveries and ensuring the shop floor remained clean and organized.
