I am currently studying 3 A Levels after completing 9 GCSEs at my previously school. At the beginning of this year I started work as an assistant after school PE teacher, where I am constantly praised for my attitude towards work. I believe myself to show strengths in Leadership, this can be seen through ensuring children's attention and passion for their chosen curricular. Having a high level of confidence is also vital as you need to make sure that the children are driven to success whilst still having fun. Effective communication is necessary as me and my peers need to make sure that work is being completed to a correct standard.
