- Processing of data changes regarding employee salary, contract details job role information and personal details whilst adhering to GDPR guidelines
-Handling customer queries regarding their pay, giving in depth breakdowns and analysis of their wages both through a CRM and over the phone
-Running and analysing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding pay sensitive matters, along with ensuring that the correct teams and employees are aware of what is on the report and who needs to take action on the results
-Training and mentoring colleagues on essential processes within the team, whether these be new improved processes or existing where knowledge is lacking
-Auditing colleagues ensuring that there is no discrepancies when payroll is ran
-Participating in large scale payroll migration project, taking part in writing test scripts, testing the scenarios and carrying out parallel runs along with the successful go live of the project
- Assisting in daily and weekly stock take and orders for the week, ensuring that correct books are kept and reported for separate handling of finances
-Taking care of customers at the bar, serving and build relations to make for a warm welcoming feel before being seated at their table
- Stock rotation and correct organization of stock to reduce business costs in waste/lost product
