Kitchen

• Staff management and development
• Preparation and cooking of food
• Overseeing Health and Safety practices and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
• Maintaining stock levels via food orders and correct storage of food products
• Coordination of kitchen staff and their duties on a day to day basis
• Liaising with Senior Management Team
• Supporting staff with welfare issues

Front of House

• Food and beverage service to customers
• Customer interactions including addressing complaints
