• Maintain the same responsibilities as the Assistant Director of Music with additional responsibilities including:

- Oversee and manage 19 academic and instrumental music teaching staff

- Conduct, organise and oversee 9 instrumental ensembles and 5 choirs

• Deliver GCSE and A-Level Music
• Teach class music from year 5 to year 9
• Collaborate with drama department to produce annual junior and senior musical productions
• Conduct orchestra and accompany 3 choirs
• Accompany (on piano) music in assemblies, chapel services, concerts, house music competitions, solo instrumental performances, and instrumental examinations for students from year 2 to year 13
• Manage and maintain all musical instruments and equipment staying within budget
• Set, mark and moderate test and examination material
• Develop curricula for all key stages
