I’ve got a track record of producing first-time returnable series of real scale and creative ambition, and am best known for my skill combining smart content with entertainment, character, and emotion.
From obs doc, to retrospective archive and host-led mega doc, I've overseen multimillion dollar series for global audiences. I've worked extensively with A list talent and am adept at managing multiple stake holders, In addition to my work as a hands-on Showrunner, I’ve mixed Executive Producing with senior leadership roles at some of the UK's leading production companies. I’ve been responsible for large international teams across multiple projects, building strong relationships with broadcasters in the UK and US.
I am looking after two feature docs - for Netflix and Hulu, both currently NDA'd. Also working closely with Ladywell's founders to develop the company culture at this new start-up, and grow the slate.

I oversaw all aspects of the series - from initial ideation, through to scripting, shoots, final edit, gfx and music - establishing the editorial direction, look and content of the series. Managed key relationships with Nat Geo / Disney+ and Nutopia's producing partner, Academy Award winning director Darren Aronofsky. Winner of 2024 Real Screen Award for Best Science and Technology Series.
I sat on Shine's senior leadership team and was across all aspects of programme making and company strategy. I worked closely with Development to build new relationships with UK broadcasters and SVODs, leading to new commissions with ITV and Channel 4
I exec'd first-time doc series Bride and Prejudice and new fact ent format Seven Year Switch. Also headed up Diabetes: the Fast Fix, a new prime-time health series for ITV - which led to a change in NHS policy in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes - and doc My Life with Tourettes for Channel 4.
As Creative Director, I oversaw the company slate - delivering docs and series for all the major UK broadcasters. I was heavily involved in development and pitching for new business, and was instrumental in building the company for sale in 2018.
As Director of Programmes I sat across delivery, company strategy and business winning. I looked after a slate which included two of Channel 4's biggest brands The Undateables and Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners. I also exec'd the first series of Channel 4 property show Ugly House to Lovely House; adventure epic Everest Rescue for Discovery Channel; and breakthrough Channel 4 features series Tricks of the Restaurant Trade and the Avant Gardener.
I was responsible for devising, and delivering the first series of ITV's Long Lost Family. I then exec'd the next two seasons. Now in its 14th season with numerous spin-offs, ITV's most successful ever doc format.

I oversaw Secret Millionaire, going undercover with the super wealthy on philanthropic missions to some of the UK's most deprived areas. One of Channel 4's biggest doc brands, I was responsible for series 2 and 3 - the top two highest rating series.
Brat Camp followed out of control British teens plunged into the Arizona desert for a dose of 'wilderness therapy'. Brat Camp was a big prime time returner for Channel 4.
Bad Lads Army was another wake up call for rebel teens. Winding the clock back to 1950s National Service, I led a cast and crew of over 150 in two series of these innovative historical-reality romps.
Earlier in my career, I directed and produced doc films, including social history series, travel films, and investigative films for C4 strands Cutting Edge and Dispatches.
