As part of my course, I have six rotations to complete at Ealing Hospital.

Each of these NHS clinical placements involves:

• Attending ward rounds.
• Participating in clinics.
• Attending multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
• Participating in hospital grand rounds.
• Observing specialist clinical procedures (such as cardiac catheterisation, endoscopy, etc.).

• Acquired very effective clinical skills in history taking and physical examination
• Managed variety of Clinical Emergencies
• Well versed with treatment modalities of various tropical diseases like Gastroenteritis, Pneumonia etc
• Performed various kind of procedures like CPR, Foley’s catheterization, Intravenous cannulation, Nebulization, Ryle’s tube Aspiration, Blood transfusions etc
• Interview patients (OPD) to document symptoms and health history
• Provided advanced routine checkup, diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Ward rounds.

• 12 months Rotational duty in all departments
• Seen various kind patient during this time
• E.g ...Patient with trauma, myocardial infarction, kidney and liver disease, burn patients, psychiatric illness and many more.
• Managed different kind of emergencies.

• Assessed and provided crisis intervention including referrals for services, laboratory reports and hospitalization
• Maintained accurate and detailed health documentation of patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, organization and multitasking skills
• Acquired very effective clinical skills in history taking and physical examination.
