I have 23 years experience of working in statutory children's services in the South West in a variety of predominantly management roles. Duties include:
Principal Social Worker for Functional Family Therapy (FFT). This post was part of a new team (Gweres Tus Yownyk) set up by Cornwall Council to target adolescents on the edge of care. Part of my job was to initially set up the team, manage all staff (social workers, youth workers and therapists) develop referral processes, policies and establish it's presence and core aims.
