Currently, I am working as Assistant Director at the University of Surrey International Centre. I am leading all academic teams and deliver excellent student outcomes - successfully launched the Holistic Learning Support Mechanism with data-driven decision making approach to effectively monitor and support students learning journey using the data-drive system and Maieutic model. I led the restructuring of the academic department under complex situations; enhanced the current operating system and process to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability.
Before joining Surrey, I was Head of Business and Economics for five years at the University of Sheffield International College - successfully built the team to academic staff; Effectively managed two campuses/sites with students programmes with a 98% completion rate; Effectively led the BE team to change from traditional teaching to blended, student-engaged teaching practice and enhanced the educational innovation culture.
