• Shaping and delivering of psychological services for children and families within a community paediatric pathway. Undertaking assessments and intervention, planning resources and working systemically with professionals and services. Knowledge of risk models and neurodevelopmental assessments (including ADOS-2, WISC-V, etc.) needed for intervention planning or legal/financial documents.
• Developing intervention pathways for children under 5 with developmental differences, with focus on skills development and behavioural change.
• Undertaking complex clinical reports on children and adults with various levels of functional needs.
• Training and supervising psychological and non-psychological colleagues, Trainee Clinical Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists and Clinical Associates in Psychology. Working in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Working with children and families using developmental models, delivering group and individual treatment plans and supporting other health professionals to use psychological thinking in their work. Collaborating with education and social care partners to improve patient's outcome. Supporting assistants with publications and service audit and research. Trained in Bayley III assessment, ADOS-2 assessment and Video Interaction Guidance models.

Placements in child and adult mental health services, older adults memory services and learning disability services. Specialist CBT placement in adult mental health. Specialist attachment placement.

• Undertaking assessment and delivering treatment protocols in a high security mental health hospital catering for patients with forensic history, learning disabilities and mental health difficulties. Writing reports for reviews and undertaking historical and current risk assessments.

• Looking after children with a history of trauma and disrupted care, supporting family reunion and community care planning.
