• As a GP registrar, I am currently working in a busy practice that serves a wide-ranging patient population in terms of age, background, and clinical complexity.
• This role has provided me with a great learning environment where I have gained experience managing both acute and chronic conditions, developing my clinical decision-making, and enhancing my communication skills.

I completed a geriatric medicine placement which provided me with valuable experience in managing the complex needs of older adults. This role deepened my understanding of multimorbidity, polypharmacy, frailty, and end-of-life care.

I worked in a city centre GP practice that served a highly diverse and often socially vulnerable population. This included patients with complex health and social needs, such as those dealing with drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, mental health challenges, and language or cultural barriers.
