I undertook voluntary work in Madagascar for two months.
This is a life-long passion of mine, competing at International shows, breeding my own horses and training youngsters through the competitive grades.
I started my current work role with Maximus, as a Peripatetic doctor, and travelled around the country independently to fulfil service needs.
Moved on my own to South Africa for a year, to one of the most deprived areas.
Spent months in South America, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia; all travels have enhanced my ability to adapt to different ways of life, confidently manage challenging situations and to effectively communicate with people from all walks-of-life.
