  • Designed, developed, organised and facilitated high-fidelity, interprofessional and complex simulation programmes aligned with undergraduate medical curricula for medical students Year 3-5 Newvastle and Hull/York Medical School.
  • Led the coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary simulation activities, including pre-hospital and expedition medicine scenarios, mass casualty incidents, simulated ward rounds and interprofessional learning (IPL) simulations with Teesside University nursing students.
  • Facilitated monthly postgraduate simulation teaching sessions for Foundation doctors, supporting clinical skills development, decision-making and human factors training.
  • Contributed to postgraduate interprofessional in-situ theatre simulation involving anaesthetic and surgical specialties to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork, communication and patient safety.
