Designed, developed, organised and facilitated high-fidelity, interprofessional and complex simulation programmes aligned with undergraduate medical curricula for medical students Year 3-5 Newvastle and Hull/York Medical School.
Led the coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary simulation activities, including pre-hospital and expedition medicine scenarios, mass casualty incidents, simulated ward rounds and interprofessional learning (IPL) simulations with Teesside University nursing students.
Facilitated monthly postgraduate simulation teaching sessions for Foundation doctors, supporting clinical skills development, decision-making and human factors training.
Contributed to postgraduate interprofessional in-situ theatre simulation involving anaesthetic and surgical specialties to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork, communication and patient safety.
