• At Illuminart my responsibilities were selling to customers, keeping the kiosk in working order, sending orders out via email, communicating with customers, creating the work schedule, communicating with staff, training new hires, opening and closing the kiosk.
• At this role I really learnt about the operations of a small business and what is required to keep revenue flowing in. The operation required punctuality and an attention to detail in terms of the way you communicate with customers and run the shop floor.
• Unfortunately, the business had to be shut down in July of 2026. We had been given a weeks notice to close and there wasn't much we could do about this.

• Delivering food to customers and communicating with them. Safely navigating the routes and making sure the orders get delivered in time.
• At this job I learnt more about the city of Norwich whilst I travelled through all the postcodes.

• Being a Delivery Driver consists of picking up orders from my Chinese Restaurant and simply delivering to the customer. For this role time managment and customer communication are the most important things. Im one of the best drivers they have as Im always fast and direct.

• My main position at the New Beach Hotel is being a Waiter in the Restaurant department. This role consists of serving breakfast and dinner to guests, keeping a friendly attitude and making sure the guests are satisfied. My role here has been quite successful as I would've had the chance to become the restaurant supervisor if it wasn't for me leaving for my education.
• Other roles include Night Porter and Housekeeping. The Night Porter role I only have done a handful of times but it consisted of me staying at reception from 22:00 to 08:00, making sure everything is okay and doing a couple odd jobs. The Housekeeping position I have is just me helping the Housekeeping team when they are busy on departure day.

• As an laundry operative i was working night shifts , cleaning and organising different laundry for companies around in Norfolk
• The job was mostly the same everyday , doing the same couple of things
• What i really appreciated here was the night shift as it taught me to adapt and still work even if it is at a time i would be asleep.

• At Gnaw Chocolate i was a production operative for a small amount of time
• I was in charge of producing and wrapping chocolate
• This job consisted of me standing on my feet for long hours doing repetitive tasks
• Here i've learnt to work without looking at the clock.

• At Haven I had the responsibility of housekeeping , ensuring caravans are clean and presentable for the next guests
• Having a good eye for any mess no matter how big or small
• Here i developed a good work ethic in terms of getting a job done in a set amount of time.

• At Sports Direct i acquired a better understanding of how retail businesses operate
• Working here i had to make sure i fit the standard in taking care of the shop floor , the shoe department, customer service and more
• This job helped me learn patience, sales skills and organising skills.

• As an operator i had to operate the theme park rides, ensure everyone is safe whilst maintaining an optimistic and positive attitude towards customers

• As a kennel hand i had the responsibility of kenneling up greyhounds before their races
• I also would have to stand on the track whilst the race is happening to ensure no dogs fall over or hurt themselves and if they do i would have to carry them to the vet.

The main role i was responsible for was cleaning and maintaining hygiene within the cutlery and dishes that were used to serve food. On certain occasions i did bring food out to the guests . I also was responsible for cleaning after close , mopping the floors and cleaning tables etc.
