Summary

I took a 'micro retirement‘in October 2023. This has allowed me to tick most of the boxes in my bucket list (one more to go in 2025!). Now, my enthusiasm and hunger undiminished, I have returned to work. Although my new roles undertaken this year have provided me with completely different challenges, I am keen to find a balance of these two positions that is truly suited to my skills :providing a fantastic customer service experience in a real time face to face environment.

I have always been committed to making a positive impact by actively contributing to whichever role I have held. I am reliable and compassionate, with a natural ability to connect with and support clients and colleagues alike.
