Worked with a small team in a designated area to:

• Stand on the streets of Glasgow and surrounding sites, politely engage with passers-by and converse with them about Shelter Scotland with the end goal of signing secure and quality people for monthly donations to Shelter.
• Converse about the homelessness epidemic in Scotland/the UK, who Shelter is and what their goals are, the services they provide, their past and present campaigns, the housing emergency, what Shelter has previously accomplished, why Shelter needs support, and if they would like to sign up.
• Use the Shelter provided ipad to take relevant personal/financial information to sign up accepting donors.
• Upheld ethical standards whilst soliciting donations, maintained trustworthiness, politely screened and rejected potential donors who didn't match criteria, e.g., underage, weren't in control of their own finances, struggled with money, would be low retention, were intoxicated or on drugs.

• Trial experience as a waiter/cleaner at a 4.3-star restaurant
• Efficiently cleaned tables as guests cleared out
• Adhered to schedule and bookings
• Took orders and delivered food to tables

• Managed packed dining rooms and fully booked bedrooms
• Prepared dining room for breakfast service, waited tables, served hot drinks and toast
