• Maintained consistency and level-headedness on tough shifts: up to six days a week, often with day-long rushes, developing my stamina and performance under pressure.
• This beach is a popular tourist destination, and working here increased my communication skills immensely.

Record for the most taken in a day by any employee in this kiosk.

• I learnt to make and serve drinks; communicate with customers; manage orders using a till; and prepare and serve food.
• I dealt with a range of clientele and developed clear communication skills at an early age. This meant I learnt to handle difficult customers and diffuse difficult situations.

Communication, Till Fluency, Preparing & Serving Drinks and Food, and Responsibility.

• Typical roles of a KP such as clearing and cleaning dishes as well as tables in a cafe.
• Tasked with restocking, opening and closing procedures.
