- EMEA lead for People - Employee Benefits, Data & MI and Talent Acquisition CoE’s
- Provide a joined up, international view of all people initiatives, KPIs and performance metrics for International leaders and board reporting.

Particular achievements:
- HR lead of company split, and launch of new organisation worth in excess of £50m across Geographies
- Redesign of Organisational Development target operating model from core-compliance to future leaders & exec coaching

HR Business Partner to 6 departments with international teams, providing pro-active HR insight by developing management capability and understanding through science and best practice to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation. With a particular focus on using data driven insight to drive; employee engagement, learning and talent development and performance management.

Additionally, responsible for building and improving on the full spectrum of employee life-cycle, particularly navigating the complex world of reward, engagement & recognition to enable the business to achieve its objectives, growth targets, reduce employment risk and achieve the best outcome for all parties/people involved.
