  • I am applying for a position as a Nurse as this is an excellent opportunity to consolidate and develop further skills as a Nurse.
  • I work well within the MDT and understand and able to escalate to the relevant team when needed.
  • I always work and follow the trust policy and if there is anything that is not clear I would seek further advice
  • I understand how to deal with conflict in the workplace and escalate if not able to resolve
  • Able to recognise signs of deterioration in patient
  • I have experience in oxygen therapy, nebulization, venipuncture and cannulation and IV competent. Safe handling of PICC, Hickman and midline NG insertion and all other basic nursing skills. I have been noted as a good team player within each department that I have worked
  • I have been able to listen to patients; and family complain and deal with complaints effectively to ensure those patients' needs are met. I understand that different health problems over the course of an individual's life and the importance of effective care delivinvolveery the multi- disciplinary team. I am aware that all nurses have the duties to follow the principle related to the 6 Cs which should be the heart of nursing care. They should be committed to improving care and take action to make this vision and strategy a reality for all patients to meet the health and social care challenges ahead of these challenging times. This is to ensure that the patient receives the best care and that all resources are available to deliver effective and high-quality standard care.
