- I plan weekly English, Reading and Math lessons for Year 3/4 Lower Ability and SEND children in line with the class/ National Curriculum clarified by the teachers .
- I plan group/ 1-1 lessons and activities, adapting to meet students' abilities to ensure all needs are met. I employ special educational strategies and techniques to develop student language ,math, fine/ gross motor skills alongside cognitive and behavioural barriers .
- I solely increased the gap of a group of SEND/ LA students accelerating their progress; this underpinned massivly to the success of Whole School SATS Year 6 data.
