• Outsourced first-line maintenance Help Desk operations to Europe, achieving cost savings of approximately £500k annually

• Successfully designed, and implemented a bespoke payments platform, integrating it with treasury management system
• Directed the post-M&A integration of all Operational Finance Back Office tasks into the parent company's systems and platforms, including Banking, Treasury, and Compliance (KYC/KYB)
