  • Since childhood, I have been taught by my parents that when I get older, I should become financially independent. After the age of 20, I tried to live without my parents' help, and as a result, I had a lot of part-time jobs. Through this, I was able to live a more productive and systematic life, and I was able to develop social skills while meeting many people. While studying in Manchester, I worked at a Korean mart called Oseyo for two years and paid for living alone. I was never late during my work period, and I tried to prepare a more independent economic system by showing my manager that I would replace the absence of other part-timers. Whenever I start a new job, I always make a new resolution. I think my experience here will be part of influencing my future.
  • 어렸을 때부터 부모님으로부터 나이가 들면 경제적으로 독립해야 한다는 가르침을 받았습니다. 20세 이후에는 부모님의 도움 없이 살려고 노력했고, 그 결과 아르바이트를 많이 하게 되었습니다. 이를 통해 좀 더 생산적이고 체계적인 삶을 살 수 있었고, 많은 사람들을 만나면서 사회성을 기를 수 있었습니다. 맨체스터에서도 유학을 하면서 Oseyo 라는 한인마트 알바를 2년 동안 하면서 생활비를 혼자 마련하였습니다. 일하는 기간동안 한번도 지각을 한적이 없으며 매니저님에게 다른 알바생들의 부재를 제가 대신 하겠다는 모습을 보여 더욱 독립적인 경제체계를 마련하고자 노력하였습니다. 새로운 일을 시작할 때마다 항상 새로운 결심을 하게 됩니다. 여기서의 경험은 나의 미래에 영향을 주는 부분이 될 것이라고 생각합니다.
