Joined Worley Stenungsund to lead and develop the Estimating functions of the organisation as the company expanded in the Nordic regions. Have been supporting Nouryon, Borealis and Esso frame agreement clients. Producing FEL1 to FEL5 estimates up to 80 Million Euros TIC.

Chief Estimator for Wood Group, responsible for corporate and procedural compliance and continuous improvement of the service delivery across all contracts and projects.

Responsible for resource attraction and retention and for the development and management of the corporate estimating tool.

Lead Estimator on the Total CGA/NNS and St Fergus Contract.

Lead Estimator on the ChevronTexaco Operations & Maintenance Contract for the Alba & captain North Sea Assets.

Lead Estimator on the CNR Engineering and Project Management Support Contract for the provision of services for the modification and operation of all CNR North Sea Assets.

Senior Estimating Engineer

London Estimating Group – tenders for fabrication and EPIC estimating for projects and studies.

Senior Engineer - February 1999 to February 2000

Senior Engineer for the fabrication of 5000 Te Modules for the Terra Nova FPSO.

Area Engineer – May 1998 to February 1999

Area Engineer for the construction of the South Arne 7000 Te topsides.

Responsible for compilation of production schedules, progress monitoring, engineering queries and liaison with supervision and engineering personnel with respect to all aspects of module fabrication, inclusive of structural, piping, electrical and HVAC.

Project Engineer

Involved in all aspects of drawing production, material purchase, quality control, estimating, welding, engineering and planning. Also responsibility for on-site/off-site subcontracts and liaison with the clients site representatives.

- 3 No. Bluewater FPSO Turrets, Turntables & Spiders

Graduate Engineer – September 1990 to September 1993

Followed three-year graduate training programme gaining experience in all relevant departments, engineering, planning, QA/QC, drawing office, production control and materials.

- Amoco CATS Jacket & Flare Boom

- BP Miller SSIV

- Shell Gannet Bundles

Worked as a trainee designer engineer assisting with the design calculations and compilation of test packs for Xmas Trees and BOP’s.
