Dominika Matviienko

Working as a model for brands such as Adidas, Starchak, Rybalka, Vsi,Svoi, Estro Shoes, and Shockwaves Hair gave me valuable insight into the fashion and creative industries and others. I worked closely with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, costume designers, and shoot organisers, observing how a professional production is run from start to finish. This experience taught me how to communicate effectively with clients and creative teams, follow directions, adapt quickly to changing situations, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Attending numerous castings, handling both rejections and bookings, and staying confident throughout helped me develop resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic. I also honed key modelling skills such as camera presence, posing, runway confidence, and teamwork all of which have strengthened my confidence, adaptability, and ability to perform in fast-paced, creative environments.

My first serious hospitality role, where I took orders, managed my own section, and was responsible for ensuring smooth service.
