Currently working as a Project Coordinator overseeing nationwide Tier 1 waste, and clean water infrastructure projects for our client, Severn Trent Water. My role involves managing NEC4 Type A, C, and E contracts, ensuring that each project is delivered from inception to completion with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety and stakeholder satisfaction. My responsibilities include programme and financial management, site investigation, leading design and stakeholder meetings, Temporary Works Coordination, Site Management, Lift Supervision, problem solving, and overseeing project deliver, including handovers. I am committed to maintaining exemplary Health & Safety standards and ensuring full compliance with the CDM Regulations. Additionally, I conduct internal audits on sites weekly, submit and reflect on good practices and near misses, perform CAT downloads, and issue Permits to Work. Our projects focus on the design and construction of new waste and clean water mains, installing chemical dosing plant, sinking Shafts by Caisson or Underpinning, Sewage Pumping Stations, manholes, Air Valves & Washout Chambers, and the installation of Rising Mains using both open-cut and directional drilling techniques. These efforts are primarily aimed at developing flood mitigation strategies and upgrading failing sewage and clean water systems across multiple locations, including Leicester, Birmingham, Worcester, Evesham, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Gloucester, and Yorkshire.
