Specialising in multi-process steel fabrication, My role, utilising Solidworks, to produce laser profiles, in addition to, folding, fabrication & assembly drawings. Projects included

• Stainless steel swimming pools - various sizes & designs for disabled children.
• Ducting assemblies - converting customer drawings for both square & circular component manufacture.
• Replication - single components to complex assemblies from physical parts.
• Staircases - freestanding artistic designs, functional design for more industrial requirements. Designed for existing & new spaces.
• Worked closely with fabricators to improve accuracy & efficiency of shop floor production.

• Refurbished and helped redesign The New Moorside public house.
• Set up a high end private chef agency, Golden Goose Recruitment. Created and installed policy for customers, clients and dealt with interviews and placements. Handed over a profitable business, with a great reputation to my business partner to return to engineering.
• Several small projects for Vivatec Safe. Producing drawings for safety equipment.
• Researched and developed drawings for a vertical farm

• Responsible for all drawings produced with Solidworks for the manufacture of 3D Printers and HEPA Carbon Filtration cabinets; Folded steel, machined aluminium, wire looms and packaging.
• Liaising with manufactures in person, phone and email to ensure delivery.
• Responsible for all the manufacturer and customer facing documentation; Assembly line instructions, customer instructions, troubleshooting etc.
• Involved in R&D with HSE to produce safety cabinets for 3D printers to minimise harmful nanoparticulate.
• Created bespoke solutions for pre-existing 3D Printers needing filtration using folded steel and PETG including fire suppression and environmental monitoring.

• Involved in producing AutoCad designs/drawings for stairways and bridges on offshore platforms, including hand calculations.
• Helped improve the system for correlating timesheets for the drawing office and subsequent dissemination.
