
I have experience working in manufacturing and production environments. I worked as a Process Operator in the Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd fish factory and as a forklift operator in a wooden pallet factory in the Czech Republic. I also served as a Company Sergeant Major in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which strengthened my discipline and teamwork. I am reliable, mechanically minded and quick to learn. I also completed a Manual QA course, which improved my analytical and problem‑solving skills.
I work with pallets of fish, preparing and moving them to ensure a smooth and timely supply of batches to the production line. I use a handheld scanner to identify products and maintain traceability. I work in the dehead area, performing fish head removal while following quality and safety standards. I maintain stable production flow, check product condition, report any issues, and strictly follow hygiene, safety, and food industry regulations.
