  • Lower Thames Crossing: On joining the project as part of the Utilities team, my role was to look after the day-to-day commercial function of all the utility stakeholders. Having established myself, I was sought internally by the Central Contracts Division, where I currently commercially manage a portfolio of over £100m consisting of some 200 separate agreements.

  • King's Cross Redevelopment, Metronet Rail: assessing, negotiating and agreeing a high volume of high-value compensation events in the Final Account of the Western Ticket Hall. I was also required to compile the main contractor's contract for the next phase, and then look after the £15m Architectural fit-out package as part of the construction of the Northern Ticket Hall and pedestrian tunnels
  • Coulsdon Relief Road, Hochtief (UK): responsible for heading all commercial aspects of the £12m Roads section. This included all stages of procuring, managing and agreeing subcontractors' final accounts and producing claims
  • 4Delivery: taking sole charge on Site carrying out £30m of major enhancements on both a Waste Water Treatment Works and two neighbouring First Time Sewage Schemes
  • Production of Bills of Quantities: covering all sectors of the industry with particular expertise in complex, civil engineering projects: London 2012 Olympics, Silvertown Tunnel, HS2, various Crossrail Stations, numerous Smart Motorways, Flood defence Schemes, Harbour developments and many retail and residential building projects
