Pearson implemented Oracle Fusion HCM as global HR Solution for 72 countries in the world. This covers Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management and payroll Interfaces. As a part of QA team, I was responsible for testing and documenting end to end Core HR and Absence processes for countries like UK, South Africa and some European countries.

The project focused on validating the employee Pension Opt‑In/Opt‑Out process within Oracle E‑Biz HRMS for John Lewis Partnership. The objective was to ensure that pension elections made by employees were accurately captured in HRMS, correctly interfaced through middleware, and reflected without errors in downstream payroll systems. The work involved multi‑system data validation, interface testing, and ensuring compliance with JLP’s pension rules.
