· Worked under Commodities & Energy team which supports Real time data and Time Series data. C&E provides clients with crucial Commodities and Energy OTC, Futures & Forwards Global Markets data.

· Worked on Data Enhancement requests (Projects) received from Reuters Clients and Implementation of the same on Reuters Products like Reuters 3000Xtra, TR Eikon and DataStream – Includes sizing, planning, managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals.

· Deliver training to new team members on Derivatives and Commodity & Energy Markets and on the Reuters specific products.

· Providing superior service to our clients, interacting with our clients to provide information and support on our datasets.

· Also worked on important numerous Projects on improving Reference data and implementing the same on Reuters Products.

· Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all the Queries received from the Clients every month and giving the solutions to avoid the same from re-occurring.

· Raising ALERTS for the clients if there is a delay in publishing the data by Reuters or by the Exchange.

· Maintaining the quality data disseminated to the clients by initiating quality checks on the production tasks, query resolution and also the timeliness of response.
