• Conduct comprehensive mobile testing on Android and iOS devices, including UI/UX validation, gestures, compatibility, navigation, installation, upgrade, and network testing.
• Validate backend services and mobile integrations through API testing using Postman, Swagger, and JSON payload analysis.
• Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, and physical device labs.

• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and HP ALM, ensuring timely resolution.
