I am a loyal, hardworking and conscientious individual with excellent communication and organisational skills which have enabled me to excel in my chosen roles thus far in my career. I am proactive and like to use my own initiative, but am equally happy working as part of a team. Confident in my own ability, I am an adept problem solver and thrive in pressurised situations. I have an aptitude for meeting tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of work. I am now actively looking for a new position within the construction industry, either freelance or permanent, where I will be able to utilise and build upon the experience and knowledge gained as a Engineer in my career to date.

• Glencar Construction, Senior Project Engineer, Working with Two Projects., 10/01/22, Present, £23M, New build, Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and on schedule. The Project Engineer is the middle man between the Project Manager, Design Team, and Owner and in charge of document control for the project. This goes from the plans and specifications to RFI’s, submittals, and project O & M manuals once the project is complete. He/she is responsible for tracking and negotiation of change orders for the project.
• Ealing Studios, London, Senior Project Engineer, Working with Two Projects same times, See attached below, £25M, New build, Appointed by Construction to work on a Department for construction project. The development, which was designed to improve the quality of different type of building and associated drainage and landscaping. In addition to securing planning permission for the new building, we also advised the client on the location of temporary school accommodation and contractor accommodation, which required additional planning applications to be submitted. The project tapped into the extensive expertise within our Property Planning Consultancy team. We provided a breadth of planning advice to Construction in relation to permitted development rights, planning application submission, discharge of conditions, and negotiation with the Local Planning Authority. Over the course of the planning process, we ensured there was close communication with key stakeholders and managed planning conditions to assist in a smooth construction programme so these vital education facilities could be built for the ultimate benefit of young people in the area.
