see a positive impact to the individual depots and thus increasing the overall service performance to the network.
I managed the introduction of local depot pallet scanning to the business. From producing the product specification,
testing of software, and negotiating the most suitable hardware for our members. I worked closely with system
developers and android app developers to produce a product which is clean, user friendly and robust whilst ensuring
deadlines were not compromised.
Other projects implemented across the business include; a visual routing app which allows the user to route local
deliveries and collections on an active map and a local depot scanning solution to increase the accuracy and visibility
of the goods as they move across the network between depots, hubs and finally to the customer.
Other duties;

  • Provide general direction and support to key stakeholders in relation to the project
  • Manage service levels in conjunction with RCM and support all business initiatives to drive performance and
    play an instrumental part in ensuring service level targets are met.
  • Produce monthly and weekly activity reports to the senior board.
