Summary

I am an adult nurse. My first job has been in a care home. It has been a complex needs mental health house contracted by the NHS. It is all male and I have learned so much. It has helped to build my confidence in my career while I am young. I have taken part in infection prevention and control (I am an infection control lead), leading/management of the team, wound management, Medication management and how to alleviate stress/distress behaviour of patients using multiple techniques. I have worked in a high stress environment with all male patients who experience complex needs and I love it. I am eager to learn, which is why I love my job so much. Everyday is different and challenging. I am looking for a new challenging opportunity because I have been with my team long term. I feel it is important to experience and gain more knowledge and skills through my life. This job has helped tl gain moee confidence in myself and i am so efficient in leading a team. However, I am a long term employer. If I gain knowledge and enjoy my job I will always be there long term striving to improve my knowledge and skills. I would appreciate any company's opportunity to do so.
