● Performing and Reviewing Reliability related design analysis including Stress Analysis, FMECA Failure Rate Prediction and Reliability Estimation.

● Review Reliability Design Analysis carried out by vendors for brought-out assemblies/ subsystem.

● Circuit Simulation using Orcad-Pspice and Multisim.

● Testing and troubleshooting of general signal conditioning card (Temperature sensor/holl probe).

● Components wiring, fabrication and Testing of prototype ● Monitoring of Temperature sensor during campaign of SST-1.

● Fabrication and Testing of gas puff feedback circuit.

● Local Control Unit (LCU) is required to have data acquisition, monitoring & Control of high power ECRH RF source. Basic Understanding of control and data acquisition system for Gyrotron system.

● Components wiring, fabrication and Testing of prototype ● Fast analog signal Conditioning Modules using direct intensity modulation (DIM) & Voltage to frequency convertor Technique (VFC).

● Simulation & Testing of Analog and Digital card using Orcad-Pspice and Multisim.

● Basic Knowledge of PLC & PXI Systems.

• Fabrication and testing of different types of PCBs.
