• Conducted delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and what-if scenario modelling to assess scope changes, new PMIs/CEs, and forecast impacts, providing actionable insights to Design Managers.
• Coordinated internal review meetings with 40–50 stakeholders across all design disciplines, resolving inconsistencies, validating updates, and ensuring alignment before client review sessions.
• Maintained programme baselines, reconciled narrative updates from Design Managers, resolved prior client comments, and tracked deviations for reporting, claims, and audit purposes.
