As a sales assistant at Showcase, I had several important responsibilities. Every week will be unique. The location would
change, as would the products we sell. This required me to be highly organised and flexible, two things that I am very good at.

To give you an example, there was a week were I had to work on Mayfair Street, I was given a limited time frame to become familiar with the store's layout whilst having to learn the history of the products being sold. Considering the circumstances, I was able to:

• Showcase superior communication skills whilst explaining product features and benefits.
• Provided styling advice to clients, enhanced their shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenished floor stock promptly and discretely to maintain seamless sales floor experiences.

Being a caterer for Forty Hall's banqueting facility, I had several important roles to play. This Included making sure that both myself and my coworkers were aware of the responsibilities at hand and that everything was proceeding according to schedule.

Weddings are very memorable events, therefore it's imperative that everything runs smoothly. This meant regularly suggesting enhancements to improve client experience and keeping customers satisfied with timely service delivery.

Patience and communication have always been strengths of mine which are two traits that are imperative when working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, I was in charge of picking and packing specific orders. This meant insuring all items were safely handled and put in their correct place ready for shipment. This included:

• Effectively managing workload in a high-pressure setting, maintaining adherence to safety protocols
• Rotating between roles to support team members
• Operating a pump truck to load pallets onto trucks
• Conducting quality assessment before transporting goods, assessing for breakages or imperfections.
