Successfully renegotiated and implemented numerous debt restructuring agreements offering a stabilised credit platform maximising the recoveries of BNP Paribas distressed credit portfolio

- Analysis of the debt structure and creditworthiness of the transaction;

- Negotiation with the company and the other Lenders of a stabilization agreement ;

- Selection and appointment of legal and financial advisors;

- Negotiation of debt restructuring agreements including a new debt agreement , debt to equity swap , enforcement of securities.
