Provide technical and organizational leadership across strategic semiconductor manufacturing partners, supporting custom silicon and advanced semiconductor technologies for global hyperscale Data Center infrastructure.

Technical Leadership And Manufacturing Assurance

• Lead Supplier Quality Assurance across strategic global manufacturing partners, including pure play foundries and Tier-1 OSAT facilities, overseeing supplier engagement, manufacturing capability assessments and on-site audits.
• Drive supplier qualification, manufacturing readiness, process qualification and production risk management from New Product Introduction (NPI) through high volume manufacturing.
• Lead Supplier Assurance activities for Arm's next generation 2nm semiconductor technology, including Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR), process qualification and advanced node production risk assessments.
• Provide Quality & Reliability leadership across a diverse product portfolio, including custom AI CPUs, high speed network switches, rack and cooling components, automotive architectures.
• Establish and drive manufacturing quality standards, IQC/OQC controls, yield improvement initiatives and corrective action governance across critical semiconductor supply chains.
• Act as the technical interface between Arm, strategic manufacturing partners, hyperscalers, enterprise customers and OEMs, coordinating complex escalations and driving resolution of critical silicon and manufacturing issues.

Failure Analysis, Reliability And Problem Solving

• Oversee physical and electrical semiconductor Failure Analysis (FA), coordinating defect investigation and root cause identification to improve product reliability and manufacturing robustness.
• Lead 8D, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), containment and corrective action activities, ensuring effective cross functional resolution of complex semiconductor quality and reliability issues.
• Analyse manufacturing data, yield trends, failure analysis findings and supplier performance metrics to identify systemic risks and drive continuous improvement, including feedback into Design for Test (DFT).

Organizational Leadership And Capability Building

• Established Arm's Supplier Assurance function from the ground up, creating a new organizational capability to support strategic supplier and manufacturing operations.
• Built and scaled a multidisciplinary technical organization, leading recruitment, candidate assessment and selection across multiple levels, including Managers, Senior Engineers and Engineers.
• Defined organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and operating models to establish clear accountability and effective execution across supplier facing technical activities.
• Lead and develop engineers and managers in complex technical environments, fostering cross functional collaboration, technical ownership and high performing teams.

PLM And Process Transformation

• Led the cross functional initiative to establish a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability, supporting organizational development, recruitment, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
• Developed governance frameworks and technical workflows to strengthen engineering execution, manufacturing qualification, supplier readiness and risk management.
• Identified organizational and process gaps and implemented structured approaches to improve operational consistency, cross functional alignment and execution effectiveness.

Automotive & Strategic Supplier Management: Managed supplier quality for ASIC, MEMS, sensor, and semiconductor suppliers within high consequence automotive environments, ensuring alignment with ISO 26262 functional safety, AEC-Q, and ZVEI standards.

VDA 6.3 Audits & Supplier Qualification: Led VDA 6.3 process audits and manufacturing assessments to evaluate, select, and qualify strategic semiconductor suppliers and ASPs for New Product Introduction (NPI).

APQP/PPAP & Core Quality Tools Execution: Executed full APQP/PPAP frameworks, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC; conducted Run@Rate assessments and approved product/process changes in close collaboration with Design and Project teams.

Problem Solving & Defect Reduction: Owned supplier 8D investigations, containment actions, and structured RCCA; monitored wafer-processing SPC metrics to eliminate variation, reduce defect density, and drive continuous improvement toward zero defect goals.

Performance Governance & Safe Launch: Managed supplier KPIs, failure analysis tracking, and Safe Launch protocols from development through serial production to maintain strict quality standards across the supply chain.

• Responsible for whole Quality Organization of VLE Electronics - Customer Quality, Process Quality, Quality Management System and Supplier Quality

• Led production preparation, planning and lean-manufacturing activities for electronics/medical systems; interpreted technical drawings and material datasheets, prepared BOMs and coordinated raw-material availability.
• Supported process-layout/material-flow optimization, internal audits and ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 management systems.
• Monitored electronics manufacturing workmanship and soldering processes to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001; trained operators in ESD, soldering and inspection.

• Led ISO 9001 quality-system activities and process-improvement projects across internal and supplier manufacturing processes.
• Prepared production schedules/work orders; interpreted technical drawings and material datasheets, prepared BOMs and supported production material planning.
