*Resolving all customers issues with orders and deliveries, and providing POD and ETAs of all shipment.

*Monthly stocktake and summiting stock report, monitoring all materials stock levels, ordering low stock/materials to maintaining operational readiness.

*Monitoring all production waste and organising weekly collection with recycling firms.

*Ensuring all out door yard are kept well and monitoring all pallets, ordering in when pallets level are low.
