I have worked at the Parapet Breast Clinic for the last 18 years. The first 17 years were within the administration team,
Working as part of a team , responsible for the incoming referrals and the booking of these appointment. Into the relevant clinic's.
Liaising with GP surgeries when further information was required.
Answering the phone and spending time resolving questions and problems that a patient may have, to the best of my ability.
Responsible for keeping the work area and equipment to a high standard.
Have stayed after working hours to ensure the smooth running of the service and always on time to start the day
For the last year I have been on a course within the radiology department to train as an associate practitioner/mammographer, Part of this role is being present during Ultrasounds and Biopsies.
Calm under pressure enjoy a busy environment,
