As an Ice Marshall at Winter Wonderland, my role involved ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all skaters on the ice rink. I monitored the rink for any hazards, assisted skaters in need, and enforced safety rules to prevent accidents. My first aid experience allowed me to respond quickly to injuries, providing immediate care and managing incidents until further medical help arrived. I also helped maintain smooth operations by guiding skaters, controlling the flow of people on the ice, and assisting with skate rentals and equipment checks.

As an Ice Sports Assistant I provided support in various ice-related activities, helping with the preparation and maintenance of the ice rink, assisting coaches or athletes, and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Responsibilities include setting up for training or competitions, supervising recreational skaters, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing basic instruction or guidance to beginners.
