
I have gained valuable experience handling customers orders, both in person and over the phone. My experience in a fast-paced environment has helped me improve my ability to efficiently manage customer requests and provide excellent service. I’ve got an eager drive to work and I have developed skills with managing customers enquiries from my own work experience over the years. I’m ready to improve and gain any skills that I will need. Over time, I've refined my skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and handling customer inquiries. I’ve strengthened my patience through frequent interactions with customers, ensuring I provide a thoughtful and attentive service to everyone. My creative problem-solving skills have allowed me to think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to handle challenges efficiently.
In my previous school, I was a part of the student council. Through this role, I gained teamwork skills by sharing ideas and collectively deciding what was best. As a member I built my confidence which boosted my leadership, as I regularly communicated ideas and guided discussions. I also helped plan fundraisers and raffles, which taught me organisational skills and how to engage others to support a cause.
