Currently, I work at Amazon as a Process Guide, where I help oversee daily operations and support the team to keep workflows running smoothly. My role involves coordinating packing and picking activities to make sure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered in excellent condition. I regularly assist with resolving both staffing and process-related issues by communicating clearly with team members and identifying practical solutions to keep operations on track. I take a proactive approach to problem-solving, asking the right questions to understand situations fully and improve overall efficiency. Safety is always a top priority in my work, and I help promote a positive and safe working environment for everyone on shift. Through this role, I have strengthened important skills including leadership, teamwork, communication, time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
