

• Over 18 years' experience within warehouse, logistics and shift operations environments
• Strong background managing AM and PM shift operations within fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments
• Currently manages operations across multiple client accounts including Gymshark
• Strong customer-facing experience including weekly service review meetings, operational forecasting and SLA management
• IOSH Level 4 qualified with additional Fire Marshall and First Aid responsibilities
• Experienced leading continuous improvement and cost-saving projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing performance, training and operational productivity
• Proven experience within KPI and SLA-driven operations
• Hands-on operational management style with strong warehouse, inventory and logistics knowledge
• Experienced within palletised warehousing, WMS systems and MHE environments
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Operationally strong candidate with a proactive approach to safety, efficiency and service delivery
