Ø I'm currently working as well Production services Specialist in 3 LOB's - Global wealth and Investment management system,Retail and global wholesale banking .

Ø The scope of the role is to provide 24/7 batch support in Mainframes Production environment .Some of the key responsibilities are Abends handling ,job reruns ,One time adhoc runs ,Job failure analysis and fix , escalation to support and fix with in expected SLA ,PBI/PKE(probelem management process) , Jobs monitoring through Webgui & IBM TWS workload scheduler and several reports generation .

Ø Client was Northwestern mutual account - US.

Ø The scope/responsibilities of the role were Project planning, requirement analysis, development, testing, technical deliverables reviewer, Deployment activities, system testing, Integration testing,Regression testing and updating status to client - daily stand up in agile SDLC.

Ø Worked with Agile scrum team - PI, sprint planning, user stories and acceptance criteria creation, regular status update & status report creation and retrospection.

Ø Received a Global Excellence Award from Northwestern Mutual Account for my key contributions to New Issue Operations Team.

Ø I worked with requirements in MF COBOL-JCL Combo, Online processing – CICS with COBOL, VSAM and DB2.

Ø Clients were American General Life Insurance- US, Lloyds Banking Group - HBOS insurance - UK, AXA insurance –US.

Ø The scope/responsibilities of the role were requirement analysis, project estimation, BRD/HLSD documentation, code development &testing, technical deliverables reviewer, quality control activities, UAT & implementation support, Deployment activities, Data mining, updating status to client - daily stand up in Agile SDLC.

Ø I was a Key member in the client's functional group.

Ø Received a token of appreciation & Certificate, for completing the Mainframe Senior Developer Certification successfully, which was offered by HCL Technologies.

Ø As a Senior developer, I had mentored and trained the Mainframe Junior developers with the relevant technical skills in HCL Technologies.

Ø I worked with requirements in MF COBOL-JCL Combo, Online processing – CICS with COBOL, VSAM, DB2 and SQL as well.

Ø Client was AXA Sun life insurance and friends life insurance- UK.

Ø The scope/responsibilities of the role were code development & testing, support for UAT, implementation and warranty.

Ø I worked with requirements in MF COBOL JCL Combo, Online processing – CICS with COBOL, VSAM and DB2.
