Dhani Taylor

An enthusiastic, collaborative and friendly individual, currently pursuing a BA Degree in Marketing. Now in my final year, I am actively seeking a position as a Marketing Intern to gain industry experience where I will not only be able to learn but also make a contribution.

A good communicator who is creative, with a keen eye for detail and numeracy skills. Currently employed on a zero hour contract with Pets Corner as a Sales Advisor. Completed a work placement and gained experience in customer service, F&B, and sports management with David Lloyd. As a keen footballer, I enjoy the combination of using individual skills as well as being a team player. Demonstrated leadership abilities having managed, organised and captained a football team. Currently holding the position of Treasurer for the marketing club at the University.

• As an avid footballer, I play regularly for a team in Portsmouth. I also managed and organised the team and participated in regular manager meetings. For 7 years, I trained in the Reading FC academy. I also played for AFC Newbury since the age of 8 and represented my schools. I was also a member of a local table tennis club and represented them in the local league. I am also a keen badminton player.

I am very interested in travel and have visited a number of countries. I enjoy learning about other cultures, especially since I have been travelling to visit family in Malaysia since I was very young. Japanese culture in particular fascinates me.

In my free time I also write, read and watch a variety of fiction stories across various forms of media. I also enjoy problem solving particularly activities such as Escape Rooms.
