Summary

I have worked in hospitality industry front desk receptionist. My main duty was to give guest/customer a first good impression as they check-in the hotel. As a hotel customer dealing a good communication plays a vital role in hospitality. It was my responsible to make them comfortable make sure they were satisfied by the service and make sure to solve and complains and issues in customer's satisfactory by communicating with my colleague. With that I also used to do all round work such as housekeeping, cleaning kitchen helping whenever I could during rush hour.

As I am also a coffee lover and interested in coffee making especially latte arts. I am also looking forward to learn and gain more knowledge about coffee.
