Summary
I have a strong interest in progression, professional development and learning. During my role of community connector this has helped me to vastly improve my knowledge, skills and understanding in regards to drugs and alcohol. I have been able to support service users to achieve and maintain their short and long term goals whilst in treatment. I currently hold a case load of low to medium risk clients varying from alcohol, cocaine, cannabis, and crack cocaine use.

- Manage risk by updating illy system, discussing risk’s in supervision, team briefing, clinical supervision, with my line manager and colleague and other appropriate professionals
- Carried out BBV screenings, needle exchange transactions and naloxone training
- Supported service user’s to build and maintain achievable short and long term goals
